While MPLX follows standard, reasonable production practices, decoration of customer-supplied items can result in scorching, discoloration, shrinkage, texture change, adhesion failure, or other damage — even when handled correctly — and MPLX is not responsible for pre-existing defects, damage, or wear discovered during production. MPLX does not guarantee outcomes on customer-supplied garments and will not reimburse, replace, or otherwise compensate for the garment itself under any circumstances, regardless of its original cost, sentimental value, or condition. MPLX reserves the right to inspect any garment before accepting a job and to decline service on any item it determines is unsuitable for the process.
